This is my first post on Steemit.
The first step into the new world always makes me excited:)
From now on, I'm gonna share my daily life with Steemit

(울산광역시 울주군 범서읍 점촌 3길 10-13에 있습니다.)
오늘 저녁에는 '춤추는 갈매기살 불타는 조개구이'라는 식당에 방문했습니다.
갈매기살과 삼겹살, 조개구이를 판매하는 식당입니다.

Today I visited a restaurant which sells pork skirtmeat, pork belts and sellfish.

저는 오늘 이 곳의 신메뉴이자 추천메뉴인 "꼬들목살"을 주문했습니다.
처음 들어보는 고기 명칭이라 사장님께 여쭤보았더니
돼지의 목 뒷부분의 특수부위인데 식감이 꼬들꼬들하여 "꼬들목살"이라는 별명을 붙이셨다고 해요.

I orderd a new menu and recommended menu of this restaurant, "chewy pork skirtmeat".
It got a nickname because of the chewy texture.
It is special area in the back of pig neck.

확실히 일반적으로 먹는 목살보다는 씹는 재미가 좋더라구요.
말그대로 꼬들꼬들한 목살이었어요:)

It was certainly more chewy than ordinary skirtmeat.
It was literally "chewy" skirtmeat

불판 주위에 있는 달걀찜과 녹인 치즈를 곁들여 먹으면 훨씬 맛있답니다!
It is much more delicious if you eat it with egg steamed and melted cheese around the plate.
