Ingredients:
For Kunafa
2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoon milk powder
2 tablespoons cornstarch
2 cups of water
100 g cream
2 tablespoons chopped cream cheese
5 tablespoons common cream cheese
1 packet thin lime semi
Half cup sour butter
Make syrup
One and a half cup sugar
Half a cup of water
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 table spoon rose
Method:
First mix the sugar, powdered milk and cornstarch in a pan with 2 cups of water and mix it well. Make a thick blend of 5-10 minutes to lighten the mixture. After that take the mixture to 5 minutes to cool down.
Then mix this mixture with blender and mix it with cream and cream cheese and blend well.
After that, take a good amount of salt on a big bowl and gently toss it with the sour bowls.
Make a layer by pressing one of the nonstick baking pan in half to the right. The mixture of cream pours on top of it. Make a spread spread well with a spatula. Put another layer on top of it.
Mix syrup with lemon juice and rose water by mixing sugar in the water.
