cinnamon
Preparation
Dough:
Sift 250 grams of flour into the hill
Make a hole and inject salt, add 1 egg
Add 100 ml of warm water and 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
Knead well and make the ball
Divide it into 2 parts
Slightly roll them out
One sprinkle with 1/2 tablespoon vegetable oil and add together again
We make a ball, put it in a bowl and sprinkle with 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
Cover with a towel and leave for 20-30 minutes
Filling
We peel apples
We cut into thin slices and sprinkle with lemon juice
Fill the raisins with hot water for a couple of minutes, fried almonds chop, 50 grams of sugar mixed with cinnamon
Preparation
On the table, we lay a tablecloth or towel and sprinkle with flour
Thinly roll out the dough
Then stretch the dough with hands making it very thin. Grease the dough with melted butter, leaving 10 cm at the edges
Sprinkle with breadcrumbs
Next we lay out apples
Sprinkle with raisins
Then chopped almonds
Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon
With the help of a towel we turn everything into a roll
We lay out on a baking sheet with parchment paper and grease with melted butter
Bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 200 degrees
Sprinkle with powdered sugar
Our strudel is ready, but to make it even better we will add a cup of Viennese coffee
We will need:
Ground coffee 2 teaspoons
Water 2 cups
Cream 1 glass
4 tablespoons of powdered sugar
vanillin
chocolate
Brew black coffee
Whip the cream with powdered sugar and vanilla
Pour coffee into cups
Put the whipped cream and sprinkle with grated chocolate
And now enjoy!
That's a very tasty looking apple strudel @kenjiby, or apfelstrudel as those lovely German folk would say! Also I have just learned something new from you, that Wiener Melange (German for Viennese blend) is a popular coffee drink, and I have to say these two things look like a perfect combination! You explained the preparation process well and I think people will want to try these recipes out :-)
I have altered the SCC rules slightly and now EVERY photo of the cooking process should display your sign with name and date on, so I request can you do that next time please. But I'm not being so strict yet until everyone is aware of this rule change, so don't worry ;-)
thank you, hope someone will try to make it) next time i will add my sign to every photo :)
