This is a simple recipe of a simple but delicious banana cake that anyone (experienced or non experienced) can do!
I invite you all to have a try, this is a family recipe that I wanted to share to you all.
Ingredients:
- 4 large bananas
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon butter
- raisins or candied fruits to taste
Steps:
- In a bowl mix the vegetable oil with sugar and brown sugar
- Crush banana with a fork and add it to the bowl
- Add how much you want of raisins or candied fruits, if you prefer don’t add a thing
- Drop the eggs
- Add flour and baking powder, mix gently with a spoon
- Put butter all over a baking mold and serve the mixture on it
- Heat oven to 180℃ and cook cake over 30-40 minutes
