Ingredients:
• 80 grams of pineapple.
• 150 milliliters of cream or coconut milk.
• 2 tablespoons milk powder.
• 2 tablespoons of sugar.
• ½ glass of ice.
• ½ glass of white rum. (Optional).
Preparation process:
• As I always recommend when making any recipe, it is the comfort that it offers us to have all the ingredients at our fingertips before starting any preparation process, especially when they are very fast procedures that do not require interruptions.
• To begin with, chop the pineapple in small pieces, and add it in the blender with half a glass of water, and blend until it is like a kind of juice.
• Then milk or coconut cream is added, I recommend freezing it before using it. And begin to beat until a fairly homogeneous consistency.
• Then add the milk powder, with sugar and ice, and blend until all the ingredients are integrated and a thick consistency is achieved. If you want it with a little alcohol you can add a little white rum.
• Then you serve it in a glass cup, decorating the edge of the glass with the fruits of your preference. And ready to share and taste.
