Ingredients:
Base:
- 75g almond flour
- 75g of sweet sprinkles
- 30g of flaxseed
- 50g softened butter
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon of salt
Filling:
- 2 apples
- 200mL of coconut milk
- 2 tablespoons of coconut sugar
- 1 tablespoon potato starch
- 1 whole egg and 2 egg yolks
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence

- 75g de farinha de amêndoa
- 75g de polvilho doce
- 30g de linhaça
- 50g de manteiga amolecida
- 1 ovo
- 1 colher de café de sal
Recheio:
- 2 maçãs
- 200mL de leite de côco
- 2 colheres de sopa de açúcar de côco
- 1 colher sopa de fécula de batata
- 1 ovo inteiro e duas gemas
- 1 colher de chá de essência de baunilha

Preparation:
- Mix the flour with the egg and the butter and form a ball.
Line a pie dish with parchment paper and spread the dough and place it in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes at 180ºC.
Cut the apples and put them on the pie.
Mix all the ingredients in the filling and pour over the apples.
Bake again 15 to 20 minutes for 180 ° C until golden brown.

Preparação:
- Misturar as farinhas com o ovo e a manteiga e formar uma bola.
Forrar uma tarteira com papel vegetal e estender a massa e colocar na tarteira levar ao forno 15 a 20 minutos a 180ºC.
Cortar as maçãs e colocá-las na tarte.
Misturar todos os ingredientes do recheio e deitar por cima das maçãs.
Levar ao forno novamente 15 a 20 minutos durante 180ºC até ficar dourada.
