MUNG BEAN BHUNA KHICHURI WITH PICKLED ONION
#Tools:
1 cup pulse pulse
2 cups basmati rice
1/2 cup ghee or buttera
1/2 cup of onion chopped
2 glasses
2 teaspoons garlic paste
1 teaspoon ginger paste
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon fried cumin powder
1 bay leaf
2/3 long
2/3 cinnamon, each about 1 "tall
5 cups hot water
1 tablespoon salt
#Ready made
1. Let the rice and the mung beans wash water.
2. Heat the medium heat with pan or butter in pan. Get rid of it.
3. Add all the ingredients from the chilli to the cinnamon until frying it for 2/3 minutes.
4. Give salt and hot water. Just watch the bubbles, cook for 20/22 minutes with lid or till rice and pulses are boiled.
5. Serve with the dip onions, beef Refrigeration and Potatoes in the vinegar.
