No Carbs for 5 Days!

No carbs, not much of anything really. The goal is to get as lean as possible and get my body ina rhythm while staying active on an empty stomach.

I work out everyday and gorge myself to compensate, but now I will tone it down. Work out less and do more intensive workouts in smaller amounts of time.

I was considering ketogenic, but I think I will set a timer for myself, by the time Mayweather fights McGregor I will have not consumed any carbs and hopefully have leaned out entirely. I will update with photos on the last day just to show what 5 days can do!
