$20 should be the Max you spend weekly on Food.

If you spend more than $20 weekly on yourself on food then your fat and throwing away money that can be spent on more important expenditures. Worse when you spend more than that you best get a real good health plan because you will be needing it fatty.
One third of the population in the U.S. are obese or worse. Two thirds of the population is fat or fatter. The other third are filled with skinny and weak individuals. So figure it out what percentage of people are fit and strong?
Why do you think having a six pack is so desirable. It as rare as a 25 year old hottie thats a virgin.
So make it your mission to spend less than $3 a day on food and see you get where you desire to be.
