Simple Banana and Watermelon Smoothie

Everyday I make a smoothie for breakfast, and today I made a banana and watermelon smoothie......

Smoothies are great for getting fruit into your diet without too much work. 

Eating bananas provides a very good source of vitamin B6, vitamin C, potassium and fiber.  Eating fruit everyday helps fight against cancer, heart and circulatory disease and age-related decline.
