To choose one healthy meal for Iftar is a very difficult task. I made paratha roll at home and it was well suited for evening. It did required a lot of preparation but taste was worth it.
- Fine Flour
- Chicken
- Salt
- Onion
- Tomatoes
- Green Chilli
- Oil
- Red Chilli
- Foil Paper
First I prepared the paratha in which this whole dish is to be wrapped

You can use traditional method to prepare paratha which you normally do
Now its time to prepare chicken mixture
Fine boiled chicken will give you a very good taste
It was light and tasty snack and you could have it more than two at a time
