Ingredients

  • 500 gram chicken filet, cut into 3x3 cm
  • 1 orange juice

Chicken dipping:

  • 6 tablespoons of wheat flour
  • 3 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper powder
  • 2 cloves of garlic, gently sliced ​​geprek
  • 1/4 glass of water

Sauce material:

  • 3 cloves of garlic, thinly sliced ​​geprek
  • 1 cloves of onion, large slices
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • 2 pieces of green chilli (cored), sliced
  • 2 pieces of red chili
  • 1/2 pineapple fruit, sliced ​​according to taste
    , 3 tablespoons chili sauce
  • 2 tablespoons tomato sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1/2 tbsp sweet soy sauce
  • a powdered pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 leek (green)
  • 1/2 glass of water

How to make

  1. Wash chicken filet with lime juice, let stand 5 minutes.
    Combine the dye spice, mix well, enter the chicken.
    Fry chicken until cooked, drain.

  2. Saute garlic until fragrant with medium heat, then put onion, chili, tomato, stir-fry until wilted.
    Add water, sauces and seasonings, taste and stir until the sauce thickens. (If less thick add a mixture of corn + water).

  3. When the sauce has thickened and the taste is fit, enter the pineapple, fried chicken, and green onion. Stir until the sauce is flat.

Serve hot with warm rice
