Pucuk Labu Polos

Bahan:

2 ikat sayur pucuk labu, siangi
1 biji bawang putih, geprek iris
3 biji bawang merah, iris
1 biji cabe rawit, iris
1/2 saset saos tiram
merica, bila perlu
air secukupnya

Cara Membuat:

  1. tumis bawang, cabe, masukkan potongan sayur
  2. tambahkan sedikit air, bumbui dengan saos tiram dan merica. koreksi rasa lalu sajikan
