Tahu curly
Ingredients
- 5 pieces of yellow tofu, crush rough
- 4 tablespoons rice flour
- 1 teaspoon tapioca starch / starch
- 3 cloves of garlic, finely ground
- 1 tbsp coriander, finely ground
- 1 teaspoon ground pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 spring onion, finely sliced
- 25 cc water (or adjustable)
- vegetable oil for frying
- tomato sauce and chili sauce
How to make
- Mix the tofu with all seasoning ingredients. Add water little by little.
- Make sure the dough is not too wet or hard, which is important can be formed by using a spoon. Heat oil in a skillet, take 1 tbsp of dough using a spoon then fry until done, do until all the dough runs out.
- Enjoy with your favorite sauce. Can also be enjoyed with cayenne pepper.
