One thing you should know about me is that I loveeeee sea food of all kinds, today I wanted to try out a modern Japanese restaurant called Sushitanuki located at Boca Park in Las Vegas. This was my 1st time since November having sushi again, so I was super excited!
- we ordered edamame, takoyaki, salmon lemon roll, crazy, dragon roll, And salmon teriyaki with miso soup and a ginger side salad.
- Edamame spicy garlic sauce was good 9 out of 10, takoyaki was mid (meaning very reglar) , both sushi rolls were mid, salmon texture was Minecraft (Very Blocky) not fond of the texture, miso soup 8 out of 10, ginger salad 9 out of 10
- Place was quiet and relaxed, happy hour menu only had like five items. It definitely would have been better if they offered AYCE. Regardless overall we were disappointed, I was really excited to have sushi again after three months and this was the place I chose, and it was a mistake, will not be returning. I will add however, the service was excellent!

Everything looks so delicious! Can you believe I've never had sushi? Nope, not once. I don't know if there's anywhere in this small town that offers it. Might have to wait for a trip to a larger city in order to try it. I hear it's really spicy though.
That's insane!! If you like seafood you'll definitely love sushi, just have to look for the right spots. Not all rolls are spicy there are different kinds, some baked or deep fried options as well, keep me updated when you finally try it!!
