Today i would like to share the easiest and most common recipe of Indian Tea(chai). It is made up of Milk , tea powder and a generous amount of ginger. In india, it is a must-drink in the morning before getting up from the bed to start your day, and even it is refreshing to drink after a meal or in the evening after a long & tired day.

Ingredients 📃
• 1 Cup of water.
• 1 cup of Milk.
• 1 tbsp of jaggery Powder.
• 1 tbsp of Tea leaves.
• 1 tbsp grated Ginger.
Process📃
Take fry pan, boil the water. once your water started boiling, add the Indian tea leaves.
once it starts boiling, grate the Ginger.
Keep boiling it for 2 minutes, now add the Milk.
at low flame, keep it boiling for 5 minutes or untill it get darker in colour.
as 'm on sugar diet, I don't consume sugar, so i added Jaggery powder into the Cup, with the strainer, strain the tea into the cup, give it the mix with the help of spoon.
Your hot Indian tea is ready to serve, pair it with some cookies.
