I would like to present a very simple recipe of a morning breakfast!
These are soft and sweet banana pancakes.
The advantage of the dish is that it does not contain flour. And secondly, it has both carbohydrates and proteins. Believe me, after such a breakfast it will be easy to wait for dinner.
If you have little time in the morning or do not want to fuss around in the kitchen for a long time, but you want something delicious and nutritious, remember the simple ingredients of a perfect breakfast:
- Two egg whites and one yolk.
- Banana.
- A bag of vanilla sugar.
- Almonds.
- Oil for frying. I have coconut.
I would like to note that you may not add sugar as you wish, and replace almonds with any other nuts or raisins, or exclude them at all.
Place the eggs, sugar and sliced banana in a blender.
After a minute of whipping, a homogeneous mass should be obtained.
Gently spoon spread pancakes on a preheated frying pan greased with a small amount of oil. On each cake put one almond.
Fry on small fire and after 3-4 minutes you can turn over to the other side. It is better to fry on a teflon frying pan, so that the cakes easily depart from the bottom.
Another couple of minutes and you can serve them!
