Daily post #39 in a 50 part series leading up to April 1, 2017

One of my first posts to Steemit was of a classic Larken Rose video:

and in the post I promised to split rewards with Larken and attempt to get him on Steemit.

I did just that, and took screen shots to prove it, but didn't get around to posting it in the thread before it was locked down. So here it is now:

The reason I bring it up now, is that I have been thinking much about services that would allow you to prove commitments kept, and build a reputation on a blockchain -- something necessary for the FOOLs' Project.

I just searched for "Patreon on a blockchain", "Kickstarter on a blockchain" and "Linkedin on a blockchain" and found next to nothing. The "reputation" score on Steemit is very simple and does not take into account anything like keeping commitments to not power down, or post every day, or comment 10 times a day, or send someone 10SBD every month as long as they produce new content. My idea for members of the Greater FOOLs investment club agreeing to maintain certain balances of Steem or SBD until a certain date, or a certain total is reached, needs a way to record those who made and kept the commitment, and a way to shame and reduce the reputation of those who don't. This could start as a centralized service, recording on the Steem blockchain, though it could also record and monitor commitments done on other blockchains.
