The case of the German lawyer is not properly settled yet. She just had a short public appearance with no proper interview. She actually pretty much enjoyed the limelight.

But nonetheless civil liberties are at stack in Germany, no question about it.

So the story is true?
She, a German Lawyer, was arrested and thrown into a psychiatric institution after publicly protesting the lockdown as a breach of the German Constitution?

Beate Bahner made a case in front of the highest German court (Bundesverfassungsgericht), which was rejected
she then organized a demonstration. Public gatherings are limited in Germany right now
She rejected her lawyers licence but apparently wants it back again
She was detained for a day in psychiatric institution in Heidelberg
In the end of the video above she actually says she was confused (Minute 9:50), so she makes no claims from this side towards the police by herself.

so far, German constitution has not been altered.
