It is very unjust matter.. It happened to me too, @steemcleaners has commented on my posts, downvote them and flaged them because I copy/ paste again my articles ( I repost them again after 7 days, they are mine dear @steemcleaners, but no way, unfortantely , flag them is the only answer :( This caused that my reputation Number decreased from 46 to 7 as you see :(

Really that is a bad thing, please @steemcleaners don't flag or downvotes our Copy/ paste article ... we repost them.. they are ours!!
