Hello everyone,today i'm talking about friends.
A Friend is a character chosen by you to share your mind with,a friend is like a companion that walks you either to your DOOM or GREATNESS,yes you red that right,a friend can be a normal human being like you with no super powers,but they are the best and the most dangerous thing you'll ever wish for. The types of friend you keep determines the type of person you are. There are some set of people whose main activities on Earth is to take some people to greatness, while there are some others that push you to your grave and live their lives.
There are many stories of friends who used themselves for ritual and other mischievous activities. Friends are demons,friends are angels, depending on the type of friend you keep.
Here's a little story for us to learn from. It's a real story which I learnt a lot from.
Once upon a time in the year 2021,there was a boy whose name is strangeverest,he is an extremely shy type,he never liked the idea of making friends, after finishing with his elementary school as the proud assistant head boy because he never talked to anyone nor have any friends,he got into the junior high school and continue in his ways,one day after they had used two terms out of the session,it was third term,it was then he got to interact with his two seat mates,Tobi and seun,the whole class was surprised and even went to seek the attention of the class teacher, they were like "WOW he is no more dumb he can now speak" meanwhile he can speak but does not interact with people. He was told to make friends with his seat mates in case of emergency needs,that was how he started his friendship with his seat mates,he doesn't talk to strangers.
The three friends were best friends until seun becomes less serious with his studies and was made to drop out of school. Strangeverest was hurt to the marrow,he was very sad because if his friend had listened to him and become serious with his studies he wouldn't have been dropped by the school. Strangeverest and his only friend Tobi got to class three of junior high,then he noticed that his friend no longer hang out with him and always sees him with some school hoodlums,it was assembly time he saw his friend Tobi and wanted to say hi but Tobi looked away and later became a threat to him and was made to give him and his friends all of strangeverest money. Strangeverest vow to never get involved in friendship again.
Strangeverest got to senior high and focused on his studies,but he felt he needed some friends,so he started the search for friends,after two terms of searching,he finally found someone like him,whose names are victor( @Amazing-grace )busayo and Morgan, he liked their behavior and they hype they gave him,so they become friends till the end of senior high.
Strangeverest never had a girlfriend,but he developed some feelings for a girl called ife, He loved Ife but don't Know how to approach her,he became friends with Ife on Facebook in the month April 22-2021- 6:45 am,he told her all kind of stuffs but never shared his feelings with her,but Ife being a sensitive lady told strangeverest that she knows where he's heading to,so he should stop beating around the bush and go straight to the point, strangeverest never felt as happy as that in his entire life,after all said and done, strangeverest was expecting Ife to say something nice that is good for the heart,but lo and behold she said "I have a boyfriend that I love so much and I can never leave him,I'm so sorry.....you can be on my best friends list" strangeverest was deeply shocked and said "you know I have feelings for you and you made me spill it and now you're telling me this". Strangeverest being a calm guy agreed to be on the besties list hoping that someday he would get promoted and Ife would get to love him the way he loves her.
Ife's boyfriend is a guru, godly and extremely fresh guy,but strangeverest is just an average shy guy, strangeverest asked Ife if she would love to be his girl lover but she said he's never letting go of her boyfriend that is in final year in the university. she and strangeverest were just done with senior high.
They do lot of stuffs online but when ever they are each other strangeverest run away cos he's shy,Ife was a big time prankster,that she almost killed strangeverest that she no longer like him as a bestie and say some hurtful words to him which still hurts till this moment. It was a pranked tho, it was time for strangeverest prank then things got real to the extreme.
It was November 23-2021 11:30 pm ,Ife posted a picture of her look alike friend as her DP(display profile), strangeverest comment on the pics that it was amazing and Ife told strangeverest that,that was her friend and strangeverest was like "hey give me her number, she's more beautiful than you" and Ife said her friend already asked for his number,what a coincidence that is.
Strangeverest collected the number and told Ife he's gonna ask her friend out and if ife's friend agree,he will let go of Ife and never be her friend,Ife thought it was for real,cos she's used to getting friends that leave her in situations, which strangeverest vowed not to leave her in any bad situation.
Strangeverest message the girl,as if the girl was waiting for his message, strangeverest told the girl to tell Ife that he's never gonna leave her for any girl even though it's her look alike,the message was delivered and things began to change.
Strangeverest pranked Ife and Ife was so bitter and felt strangeverest would leave her like others,but no.
It was 11:59 pm. A devil entered into Ife and she said he can no longer keep strangeverest as her bestie because the feelings he is growing for her is too much and she already had a boyfriend, strangeverest thought it was another prank,until ife's look alike said some abusive words into his skull.....
It was dawn on him,he begged Ife to let him be the way they were and promised not to love her,but Ife was so adamant,so she blocked strangeverest contact on every communicating platforms that are likely for strangeverest to contact her, strangeverest was down and got traumatized for some period of time,and he still feel a stab in his heart anytime he remembers the last message she sent him. he heard a voice in his skull saying "love and friendship can be a doom and also a bloom".
Now strangeverest only best friend @Amazing-grace because he is the only friend that encourages him,stand by his side,help him in time of needs.
Strangeverest is about to enter the University and made up his mind to kill the kill one function of the heart(love) and leave the default one (pump blood)there, he has vowed never to make any friends of any gender, focus on his studies get rich and wait for the appropriate time to get married.
