Today I had a special reunion with a friend I haven't seen for a long time. A friend who was also my boss and my gym partner for years. For reasons of life we no longer work together but we shared many dinners, trips, lots of mates and friends in common.
Today after trying so hard to get together we finally did and we went to a gym that he wanted me to meet because he knew I would like it. When we finished after 2 hours of training we left for his new house. When we arrived at the door I found a complex of a whole block, not very tall but huge. Already to enter I had to leave all my data before even being with him. When we entered the experience began.
There was something that caught my attention and he noticed it. As soon as we turned down a hallway we got to the elevators and there were some signs like hotel signs telling you where the laundry room was, where the pool was, the gym, the lounge, the café and everything else that the place has. When I saw that sign I went crazy.
Before entering his apartment he took me to the 6th and last floor of the whole complex to see the pools. When we got out of there we found the cafe/restaurant and before going out to the terrace there were 2 covered pools. We went out and saw a pool I think without lying 14 meters long beautiful on the terrace of the building with a view that could not be believed. I could not take the view from there because I forgot my cell phone in the car. From there you could see the San Lorenzo field and also in contrast to this beautiful and luxurious place there was a large settlement of people with fewer resources that shocked me by the large size of the dimensions in the middle of the city. I was frozen when I saw so much reality in the same place. There were also barbecue grills with barbecue tables and a giant jacuzzi.
Afterwards we went to eat something because we were starving. But when we finished we continued with the tour and I found something that blew my mind.
The complex has 2 conference rooms, gym, plus a party room for any tenant's events and also the construction is so crazy that it has at the other end of the complex a beautiful internal plaza and a jogging track. Total nonsense.
When I saw that I realized what a crazy and well thought out monstrous construction. And I say this because? Because being an area of the city away from the center and having a bad reputation for being near a village, the square meter is really very cheap so you will never find this type of construction. But being so economical to buy in this complex the apartments are impeccable. Very well distributed with many services in amenities and really very cheap TODAY, but in 10 years they will be worth much more.
The truth is that now I want to move there with him because the place is impeccable. Everything is so well thought out that it doesn't even look Argentinean.

Hoy me tocó un reencuentro especial con un amigo que hace mucho no veía. Un amigo que también fue mi jefe y mi compañero de gym durante años. Por cuestiones de la vida no seguimos trabajando juntos pero compartimos muchas cenas, viajes muchos mates y amigos en común.
Hoy después de tanto intentar juntarnos finalmente lo hicimos y nos fuimos para un gimnasio que él quería que yo conociera porque sabía que me iba a gustar. Cuando terminamos después de 2 horas de entrenamiento nos fuimos para su nueva casa. Cuando llegamos a la puerta me encontré con un complejo de una manzana entera, no muy alto pero sí inmenso. Ya para entrar tuve que dejar todos mis datos antes aun, estando con él. Cuando entramos empezó la experiencia.
Había algo que me llamaba la atención y él se dio cuenta. Apenas doblamos por un pasilla llegamos a los ascensores y había unos carteles como de hotel en donde te decía para donde tenias el lavadero, para donde estaba la pileta el gym, el salón, el café y todo lo que el lugar este tiene. Ya cuando vi ese cartel me volvi loco.
Antes de entrar a su departamento me llevó al piso 6 y último de todo el complejo a ver LAS piletas. Cuando salimos de ahí nos encontramos con el café/restaurante y antes de salir a la terraza había 2 piletas cubiertas. Salimos y vimos una pileta creo sin mentir de 14 metros de largo hermosa en la terraza del edificio con una vista que no se podía creer. La vista desde ahí no la pude sacar porque se me olvidó el celular en el auto. Desde ahí se podía ver la cancha de San Lorenzo y también en contraposición con este hermoso y lujoso lugar se veía un gran asentamiento de gente con menos recursos que me impactó por lo grande de las dimensiones en medio de la ciudad. Me quedé congelado al ver tanta realidad en un mismo lugar. Ahí también estaban las parrillas con mesas quinchos y un jacuzzi gigante.
Después fuimos a comer algo porque estábamos muertos de hambre. Pero cuando terminamos seguimos con la recorrida y me encontré con algo que me voló la cabeza.
El complejo tiene 2 salas de conferencias, gimnasio, además un salir de fiestas para eventos de cualquier inquilino y también la construcción es tan descabellada que tiene en la otra punta del complejo una hermosa plaza interna y una pista para correr. Un disparate total.
Cuando vi eso caí en la cuenta de la construcción monstruosa descabellada y tan bien pensada. Y digo esto porque? Porque por ser una zona de la ciudad alejada del centro y por tener mala fama por estar cerca de una villa, el metro cuadrado es realmente muy barato entonces este tipo de construcciones no las encontrarás nunca. Pero al ser tan económico comprar en este complejo los departamentos son impecables. Muy bien distribuidos con muchos servicios en amenities y realmente muy barato HOY, pero en 10 años van a valor muchisimo mas.
La verdad ahora me quiero mudar ahí con él porque el lugar es impecable. Está todo tan bien pensado que hasta no parece argentino.
