I am so happy to have found your post because I am working on projects involved in coffee in Honduras. The traceability of the sourcing is a huge step in bridging the knowledge gap that exists in the coffee industry. Farmers really are paid the lowest portion of the profits from the entire supply chain.
This is a project I will definitely keep an eye on.
