NEPAL- Tim McNally is an actor and black panther that resides in Nepal. He was browsing the internet one day to find out that Marvel Comics released a highly successful box office movie based on his species. At first Tim was thrilled, but took offense to the inaccurate and offensive stereotypes portrayed in the film.

"I was offended. I'm a real black panther, and frankly I'm fed up with the lack of roles Hollywood provides for guys like me. To see Hollywood use my heritage for box office tickets, is sickening."

McNally's agent commented , "This is extremely offensive to my client, who comes from a long line of Black panthers. To see Hollywood profit off of the Black panther culture is terrible."

McNally is in the process of filing a class action lawsuit agains the Marvel comic group. The class action law suit will be carried out by a group of black panthers, wolverines, spiders, bats, and ants.
