Oh My Goodness I went for a Long Walk Today.

I walked for about 8 miles today, the hills were pretty brutal after a vigorous calisthenics regiment this morning. I have been working out more and more. I have lost a whole bunch of fat so far. Although I am not losing pounds of mass. I think it is because I am gaining muscles. I am okay with that as long as I can lose the mas they have over time. I don't want to be over 200 pounds anymore.

IDK. I guess I will have to wait and see what happens. I was so worn out I PTFO for like 3 hours. I feel better now but damng I am REKT.

I wore my old butt out walking up sooo many hills. Yes the naptime was a dream. 😀
