(PUBG is PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds, by the way)
If you've played PUBG's newest map, Miramar, you probably think that it's worse than the original map. While I find it quite beautiful, the landscape is so barren that the most common form of death comes from a sniper two miles away with an 8x scope. Therefore, one can then assume that the best PUBG games come from the suspense of not being able to see many players and the strategy required to win a match.
Hence, a jungle map would provide that. A dense forest like the ones in Vietnam and other Southeast Asian countries would make every gunshot terrifying, as one would not be able to identify the location of an enemy with anything other than the volume and location of a gunshot. And it would result in the most battled being fought in close quarters with foliage hiding players, requiring strategy on how to get them out and/or kill them.
