We have the opposite problem here in Ireland where it's been raining continually for the last 9 months. The ground is sodden and farmers can get nothing planted or even put the cattle outside. I grow a lot of my own food and am thankful to have 2 greenhouses. There was an interesting article in the Guardian about 10 years ago doing the rounds on social media, showing the geoengineering projects happening around the world. Sure enough, it shows increased rainfall in Western Europe and both increased and decreased rainfall in Canada.
