Querida comunidad hoy les muestro a través de estás imágenes de estos caracoles que fueron encontrado en el fondo del mar en un sitio rocoso en playa Manzanillo . Estos caracoles se pone el agua en la candela y cuando el agua está hirviendo se meten los caracoles por 30 minutos, luego se sacan del agua y dejarlos reposar hasta que no estén muy calientes y se procede a sacarlo de la concha con un tenedor , estando todo afuera se le quita todo lo negro porque es amargo dejando todo lo blanco, son muy buenos en ensaladas o comerlo con limón .
