Después de ir de compras para un menú especial, obvio con tomates, para una gran estrella Legendaria que visitará Buskería en los próximos días, le invitamos a casa a comer, pero Tommo estaba muy apresurado, sus ayudantes le estaban esperando... pero le convencimos para que viniera a casa a comer y aceptó... es que es muy simpático y además le conté de mi tarta especial, y es que el postre no hay quien lo resista.
Así pues, tuvimos una comida maravillosa hablando y riendo de muchas cosas.
Tommo quedó encantado con la tarta que hice. ¿Queréis la receta? Aquí la dejo, por si queréis hacerla, es sana y super rica en sabor y nutrientes:
🤍Ingredientes:
Anacardos (250gr) y cacahuetes (500gr) naturales: al agua durante un día en la nevera.
Leche de coco (250ml).
Azúcar de coco y Agave (al gusto).
Espirulina (una pizca).
Agar Agar (como gelatina pero vegetal).
Chocolate en polvo (si les gusta).
Es una torta fría, estilo cheese cake, así primero hacemos la base: Mezclamos el maní (batido), con una pizca de espirulina, un cuarto del bote de la leche de coco, agave al gusto y lo mezclamos con las manos, hasta que quede una mezcla que podamos amasar.
Luego hacemos la parte de arriba con los anacardos, los batimos con el resto de la leche de coco y el azúcar de coco, luego ponemos el agar agar, un sobre para esta cantidad está bien, podemos echar una base a la torta así, la mitad por ejemplo, y al resto le ponemos chocolate en polvo, y lo mezclamos, así quedaría una tarta con 3 colores, 3 sabores espectaculares, la mezcla es genial.
Después, la ponemos en la nevera a enfriar un buen rato, y queda perfecta en una hora!

Tommo was delighted with the cake I made. Do you want the recipe? Here I leave it, in case you want to make it, it is healthy and super rich in flavor and nutrients:
Ingredients:
Natural cashews (250gr) and peanuts (500gr): in water for one day in the fridge.
Coconut milk (250ml).
Coconut sugar and Agave.
Spirulina (a pinch)
Agar Agar (like jelly but vegetal).
Powdered chocolate (if you like)
It is a cold cake, cheese cake style, so first we make the base: We mix the peanuts, with a pinch of spirulina, a quarter of the rest of the coconut milk, agave and mix it with our hands, until there is a mixture that we can spread.
Then we make the top part with the cashews, we mix them with the rest of the coconut milk and the coconut sugar, then we put the agar agar, we can put a base on the cake like this, the half for example, and to the rest we can put chocolate powder, and mix it, so it would be a cake with 3 colors, 3 spectacular flavors, the mix is great.
Then, we put it in the fridge to cool for a while, and it's perfect in one hour!
