My journey on the steemit platform hasn’t been an easy one. Though am still struggling, I won’t forget that some steemians helped me. I started posting contents through the guidance of some people. Besides, there are steemians that constantly visit my blog and are generous enough to upvote my posts.
I must confess that it wasn’t rosy for me. Initially, I was discouraged to continue blogging on the platform. You can imagine how I felt seeing no comments and $0.00 after each post. It seemed my posts are drowned in the ocean of thousands of posts on the platform. You might have been in such situation. If so, you will understand how disappointed I was.
I was contemplating on quitting the platform when I decided to take a look at my blog. When I logged, I clicked on “comments.” I do comment on posts that I find interesting. Behold, someone upvoted one of my recent comments. I stared at the upvote. I couldn’t believe that I made the comment (I had concluded that my activities on the platform weren’t noticeable).
Quickly, I went to my posts and the most recent one was also upvoted. I was very excited. I found out that it was @surpassinggoogle that gave me both upvotes. He became my superhero that day. His generosity encouraged to continue on the steemit platform. Then, I joined the #steemgigs discord channel.
I must say that “Thank you” will not be enough to show my appreciation. You have touched many lives on this platform, especially through your projects. You have inspired many to appreciate themselves. May you never lack as you sow in the life of others.
However, it saddened my heart when I read your post two days ago. Such is life. We don’t pray for such trials to come our way. I pray and believe that you will triumph over it. The Lord is your strength. It is well with your dad. I wish him a speedy recovery.
The struggles you are passing through recently didn’t deter you from helping others. I must say that such selfless service is worthy of emulation._ You are one of a kind_. Stay strong! Your friends and fans on steemit may not be present to encourage at this trying moment, but are good wishes are always with you. Remain blessed!

You inspired me. I have been following you for some time. I was touched by your positivity the day I read your post "Hanging By A Thread." I didn't know of your health condition before then. I realized that a positive mindset can lighten my mood despite all odds. Thank you.
It goes to show that persistence, consistency and support go a long way. I am still learning how this community works but I can see that there are some amazing and inspirational people on here. Thanks for your post :)

I went through the same experince when I started. A tip I can share with you that I also told is to choose the right tags so the right audience will see your posts and network, network, network!
Connect with people to grow your network and audience. You can create very useful fashion tips but if there's no one to read them then it was all for nothing. Comment on posts by people in the same niche as you, it's all about building relationships.

Pls how did you guys get help from him?I blog on fashion and I have help many people offline on how to cut and sew and I'm here also to teach newbies that want to go into fashion but what discourage me Is that I hardly get comment and it seems no one is following my blog and I try hard everyday to give reasonable post on fashion,pls can someone show me way on how am gonna gain more audience to my blog and have access to some whale who can keep the blogging on fashion constant and and I won't be discouraged?

well said for newbees is tough but @surpassinggoogle sir is helping us a lot the new talent otherwise i cant assume my growth in steemit.
