Today is the last day before officially launching the collection. I recall the day I contacted Alex and our first conversations back in the month of January.
What started as an initial idea has ended with a collection of 8+1 characters, yes, Mr. Fizzpooky the one in the banknotes we have been giving away this week is a limited edition and is not an active character in the collection.
On top of the characters, we have created the banknotes which will be used as an exchange to get those cards not appearing in the selling packs.
On top of Alex creating the designs and all the narrative around the collection, we have defined the collection mechanics, the quantities for every card, introduced new blending rules adding scarcity but giving a chance to keep your precious cards with the "End of Collection" stamp, special thanks to Marcos from 3DK Render for all his support in the smart contracts.
We kept moving ahead creating the webpage, launched all the initial promo drops during these previous weeks, created the packs to start the sale tomorrow at 08:00 pm CET, launched the Twitter and Telegram collection accounts to announce our progress and give support to the community and started building The Grim Folks land in Uplift World metaverse, where we will be introducing new ways to interact with the collection.
