Hi everyone
Yesterday my gym session was a heavy weight gym session. This is heavy weight relative to me for the exercise. I did the following:
** • Paused Incline bench 3x5 @55kg
• Z press 3x5 @ 32.5kg
• Rear delt flys x 10,8,10 @4kg dumbells
• Deadlift 90kg x 5.
• Wide grip neutral Pull up with 3 kg 2x4.
• Ez curls 3x6 @ 20kg.
• Glute and hamstring machine 14kg 3x7
• Calf raises 3x8 @ 72kg **
My next heavy session will have different exercises which makes it so much more fun. I plan to change the exercises of both volume and heavy days for my gym every 3 weeks.
This is progress from last week. I am happy.
