Hi @jerrybanfield, im ajust callcenter agent here in ph, so our night is day and the day os night for us.. my schedule is 10pm to 7am manila time, since we are supporting bank from u.s.a we are following eastern time.. it does mean that Im phrone to illness cause I havent sleep at night most of the time? 😢
