Knowing the Value of Happiness

It is happiness to know the value of those who have in hand. To live the moment, to accept that you can not change everything, is to understand. You'd be happy to be happy. It's a hypothetical state of mind, you'd be happy if you thought you were happy.

Happiness has nothing to do with money, stamp, authority, power, diploma, someone of the opposite sex, it is a state of consciousness. It has nothing to do with other factors than you.

If you're unhappy when you're with someone else, your unhappiness will double. If you're unhappy when you're a worker, you'il be unhappy if you're a holding boss.

But when we say these, our basic physiological needs are sheltering, nutrition, sexuality etc. I also think that we should be healthy and respectful of human dignity.

Everything you know to look at is happy, watching the sea, walking, sitting. Can you give happiness? A smile is enough to make a person happy.

Happiness is like a feeling of joy when it comes to fulfilling a desire, something that you do not expect is to happen suddenly, if you are dealing with something you love, to get a good result, to feel that it works.
