With the drop in price in HIVE the HBD supply has dropped as well. We are now at 11.5M HBD, while a month ago we were around 12.2M, or somewhat of a reduction in 0.7M. In relative terms that is around 6% reduction in the circulating supply. Most of this HBD was converted to HIVE or bought by the stabilizer at low prices and sent to the DHF.
This is the freely circulating HBD excluding the DHF supply, that is around 22M.

Here we can see that in the last two years the HBD supply is quite stable in the range of 10M to 12M HBD.
Probably when HIVE reaches a price of $0.10, I will fear for my HBD staking.
The actually price HIVE has to be at a minimum for HBD to be worth $1 worth of hive is $0.062 So even at $0.10 you're still very much safe.
Be quite a few people taking advantage of the low HIVE price to print more HIVE from HBD conversions. If I has HBD I'd do the same.
I am going to do that to but im wondering is there a better way than the stablizer with the new leodex and all that to convert HBD or is it better to convert by buying with bid orders on the dexs set below a dollar? I would rather take the little extra profit if i can rather than give it to the stabilizer. With HBD being able to be bought under peg if your patient might as well or ws thinking of trying out leos new dex for hive and hbd and using there LPs to earn a bit more than the yield on HBD as well as try to acquire more for cheaper than the conversion. The conversion is deff the easiest but im wondering if the cost is worth it.
If you are able to access the external exchanges that have HBD below peg then absolutely take advantage of the cheap HBD. I'd do the same but I can't actually access the one exchange that lists HBD atm.
