To consume alcohol in excess generates a greater vulnerability of our organism before certain diseases. According to the National Healthcare System, the American health system, those who drink excessively have a higher probability of contracting infectious diseases.
3- It is good for the skin
Very shortly after leaving alcohol most people notice improvements in the appearance of their skin. This is because alcohol dehydrates and over time damages the dermis. It makes us look "older".
Alcohol consumption has become naturalized, even among the youngest who consume it more frequently and without taking into account the consequences. Take a drink once in a while is not bad but the ideal would be to eliminate it from our diet.
