Children do not usually remember the things they bought them as they grow up. They tend to remember fun times and memories together. At the end of the day, the most overwhelming key to a child's success is positive parental involvement. Jane D. Hull

1] Consider how to spend the day, take a break and breathe and conscientiously post what is not working.

Do you rush into most things often thinking about things to do or about the good or not, just before? Most parents juggle a lot. If you feel like breathing very little or quickly, I invite you to slow down and choose a careful breathing. This will open spaces to stop running and, on the contrary, be quiet.

Like children, we naturally learned abdominal breathing. In one way or another, we seem to forget that as we go through our life experiences and become adults. Not just conscious breathing and being now will help you, you will also be a great role model for your kids using "pause and breath" as a way to help redirect and prevent collapses.

Breathe consciously also to release any tension, tension or oppression you feel. Also choose to release any perfectionism or control that things should go some way.

The invokers of reflection are questions to ponder and often bring an idea:

A thinker to consider: what can open you when you let go and worry and try to be and do everything perfectly?

2] Recognize everything you are grateful for including people, events, successes, learning, opportunities, and things on a regular basis. When you develop the habit of enjoying people, events, and much more on a daily basis, you will find a greater sense of joy!

Practice the appreciation and celebration of small joys and even victories with your children. You will begin to appreciate more rather than taking things for granted.

What you enjoy, enjoy!

  1. Identify and write your vision and intent [s] for the year and also 3-5 years.

Then, take the time to identify 3-4 daily practices that will help you respect your intentions and your vision. It can be short and sharp Or if you have more time and desire, then take the time to be more descriptive. Then, let yourself feel the emotions you feel as if you have already received this vision. You will be inspired by the emotions of gratitude and joy to achieve your desired vision. Listen to your intuition and inner wisdom tips and take small steps every day in your vision!

Always use judicious judgments and modify based on comments. You know yourself well and your situation. You can choose to share with your spouse / partner, friend or coach for help.

4] Get to know other moms with the intention of sharing, learning from each other, supporting and celebrating each other (physically or even virtually). Significant research indicates that women experience a decrease in stress levels when they connect, share and learn from each other.

Take time to build friendships that feed you and vice versa!

  1. Take time for at least one practice that helps you be in an observer mode and nurtures physically, emotionally, and spiritually. This can help you release old patterns of limitation and get you out of the habit in reactive mode. [What often happens to Mom / Dad or, frankly, to whoever is stressed!].

Inventor of thought:

What are the two activities that suit you emotionally and / or spiritually?

Some activities that people find useful: yoga, meditative walking, jogging, swimming, gardening, art, Tai Chi crafts, etc.

  1. Taking care of yourself is not only important, it is vital!

Take at least 10 minutes [and if possible more] for yourself to participate in something you love and that gives you joy and where you forget the time.

Invocators Thought:

What is possible for you and your family when you take the time to invest in you?

What is an activity that makes you feel that you are in your area?

Remember the example of the airplane - we are first reminded to put on our own oxygen mask and then put on the mask for others, including our children. After all, what can we do for others if we are not there?

  1. You do not have to do it alone!
Evaluate with the support of a coach who listens and calls your brilliance and your natural gifts and abilities!

Find a coach you're working with and continue with the desired results now!

Working with a coach is different from working with a therapist, a consultant or even a mentor. A coach is also different from a friend who listens and waits and wants you to listen and support them.

Coaching focuses on improving the quality of work and life and is a process of transformation and growth.
