Hi there!
Am an Emma, i am what you would call a stress head, i have anxiety, im paranoid and i stress most days.
My moods can change pretty quick to which worries me when im happy one minute and the next its like ive changed.
I try to control myself with things, medication, tv, socialising etc so i domt stay stressed.
Stress is my main problem.
I just wondered if any of you have any tips?
Any stories?
