I couldn't agree more!
Altered states can give us insights and healing you'd otherwise never receive! :)
And it also helped me more than words can say to fix and find myself! :)

I know, and people don't understand this. they have a way of rewiring the brain which allows you to bypass certain blockages or rather see a way around them. I'm in no way abusive towards the substances. It all in moderation and I can take many months or even a few years before doing it again.
