There are times when we need to take a day off from work. It could be for a personal reasons or family or situations beyond your control.

What is a day off?

It is a day's holiday from work or school, on what would normally be a working day.

Importance of taking a day off can not be underestimated. Taking leave is very important to everyone who is working to be efficient, else, you will crash and die one day. Below are some few things ”day off” can do to your life.

It promotes good physical health
It promotes mental health
It improves work-life balance
It reduces stress

There are days I stay away from online and hustle, it seemed impossible but it happens. I suspend my routine activities and rest from every form of stress. My advice is that no hustle should be allowed to affect our health. Learn to take some time out of your routine to rest.

Take the day off to rest, do the things you love and come back later refreshed and productive.
