When boiled down to the basics losing weight/fat really isn’t that difficult. It takes enough education to know where to start, and the dedication to keep up your diet when you have to make healthier choices. Here’s a few principles to live by.
- Eat more protein
Protein makes you feel the most full while still only providing 4 calories per gram. Not to mention the fact that protein will help you build muscle if resistance training is your thing - Eat fewer calories
If you burn more calories than you eat you have to lose weight. The goal is to find this point and stay there. - Find a form of exercise that makes you happy
The best exercise is the exercise you actually end up doing. If you can’t stand your exercise, you’re only stacking the deck against yourself.
