Very up-to-date. I've been using it for years. The melting/"freezing" temperature is 80 degrees. Yep. It's liquid in the summer and solid all winter.

Thanks for the comment lyfo. My coconut oil is all liquid right now...hot day today in NYC.
You will know time has slowed down for you when you watch the coconut oil freeze and thaw over a couple of seasons.
