  4. Weight control

  5. Go to sleep early in the night
    A study by Harvard has found that women who sleep less than seven hours have a higher risk of stroke heart attack. Increasing low-stress hormone increases blood pressure and high blood pressure.   6. Eat fish once a week

  7. Eat less salt

  8. Quit smoking
