I can think of a lot of times that this service would have been beneficial for me. I was shocked to see that my insurance offers online doctor visits now. It's a video call I believe. What a great idea! I haven't had the opportunity to use it yet, but am so glad it's there if I should need it. How many times did I not go to the doctor because it was something I thought was insignificant, and only once was that decision a mistake. Thank you for the help you give to people. Being here on Steemit and meeting the people, such as yourself, that I've met... you guys are restoring my faith in humanity.

Yes, it is good to see your insurance provider is allowing you to access e-health/ tele-medicine. It does actually save a lot of time for both the patient and the doctor. But also gives the reassurance that everything is ok. I know several centres have a 24/7 call centre just for this. I know skype is a popular format for this just now as they accept payments, but with crypto currencies increasing its a simple as scanning a QR code and hey presto payment done. The good thing about Steemit is that its almost instantaneous and you dont have to wait the long confirmation times compared to BTC.
Maybe next time you need to see a doc (hopefully not for a long time) you can try it out.
