Well by not drinking caffeine can be very good for your blood pressure also you see caffeine has been shown to raise your blood pressure which is from caffeines stimulatory effect that it has on your nervous system,plus to much caffeine per day can really increase our risk of heart issues,plus caffeine also has a mood effect you see caffeine can really alter your brain chemistry just like lets say cocaine and this is from researchers that caffeine will fulfill some of the criteria which is use to measure drug dependence also plus it can be very hard to wean off the caffeine or to cut down you may just have some really bad withdrawal issues and mood changes,it took me like about nine days to really wean myself off caffeine altogether it was very hard because of the amount of coffee i drank.but you can do it too just stick with it.
