Common Habits That can Cause people to Become Ill:

There are many common habits in our lives that are reducing the period of our lives but we do not realize these habits and enjoying our lives without focusing on these habits. In fact, these common mistakes let us suffer from different diseases which have negative effects on our lives. Just like these habits, some are mentioned below and I believe that after reading these, people will avoid adopting these habits.

Irregular Timings of Eating Meal:

It may be extremely harmful for THE body to not to eat meal on specified. Even, When people do lunch with an hour delay, the hormones in the body start increasing pressure and thus health starts worsening. Try to fix the timings for breakfast, lunch and dinner and exercise because irregularity may lead us to different diseases.

Use of Vegetables and Fruits:

Using pre-preserved vegetables and fruits is harmful because the ingredients which are resistant to different diseases become expire. So, always try to use fresh vegetables and fruits.

Excercise:

Any kind of exercise keeps the body active. people may join a gym or can go to park for doing exercise. But it has been observed that many of people do their work merely by sitting at one place. Too much sitting may lead to blood sugar, cholesterol or blood pressure. Therefore, avoid to sit the whole day and try to perform your work by walking here and there a bit.

Habit of Biting Nails:

To nibble nails with teeth is an extremely bad habit which not only affects personality but also has a negative impact on health. People suffering from these type of habits may easily become the victim of direah and vomiting because germs of these disease can easily enter into the body.

Smoking:

Smoking is injurious to health but nowadays, smoking has become a fashion. Smoking not only injurious to health but it also weakens the immune system of body and people are more vulnerable to diseases like flu, pneumonia etc. It is better to get rid of these kind of habits as quickly as possible.

Doing lunch on Office desk:

Most of the times it has been noticed that people like to eat lunch on their table which can be harmful to health.Because, a lot of germs are present on office table which people take inside their body while eating lunch. So it is better to do lunch in the dining room of an office instead of an office desk.

It is concluded that for living a healthy life, people should avoid at least above mentioned habits.

I can't deny that I indulge in some of these habits, ibeat irregularly and bite my nails. I'm not dead yet so, maybe because I exercise, I'm still breathing haha

Trust me, biting nails is really a very bad habit. People don't like it. Because it depicts your personality. on other hand, exercising can be great remedy for any kind of physical disease.
