Hey guys how many of you can't wake up early ? Many of you are on the list, yes ? So, why can't you wake up early ? Your body pulls you back to the bed still you trying to get out of the bed, right ? Do you think about it, as why this happens ? Alright, lets try to wake up early morning for few days and try this simple steps, I assure you, you feel more energetic and alert. Here are few steps you can do after waking up
- Take a glass of warm water, if you like add few drops of lemon to it.
- Give yourself an oil massage before take a bath, it helps blood and lymph to circulate through the body.
- Get outside for a walk and feed your lungs with fresh oxygen.
- Do some simple breathing practice and try to focus on your breathing as it moves from outside to your body. First it is difficult to focus on breathing, do this simple experiment with your body and feel the change.
Some yoga lovers will definitely try this simple techniques to kick start their every wonderful morning. iv got to be honest with you steps 1-4 look like a 60 minute routine, .. massage, walk, bath, boiling water, ..... picking a lemon from my orchard... im seriously tempted to skip it all and spend an extra 45 mins in bed... and still made 15 mins ! :-)
