The substances contained in it accelerate metabolism, and in addition support fat burning. In addition, the drink increases satiety, cleanses the body and improves its regeneration, while fighting the unsightly orange peel.
Drink a lot of water. In addition to green tea, it is water that supports weight loss to the greatest extent. Studies have shown that drinking it regularly, we not only hunger less often, but increase the amount of calories burned at rest. By drinking it with a meal, we'll be faster to fill. It is worth remembering that consuming too little water is one of the factors that expose us to obesity.
