Every person in the world will go through depression at least once in their life time. Depression is considered is the serious mentally ill that can kill people from inside mentally. Around the world more than 800k people are dying due to suicide every year.
Sadly, suicide is the second leading cause of death in 15-30 years old people. And many of them are taking this last step because of the over depression, which they can't handle mentally.
Depression is very natural and it can be cured easily if you find it's symptoms at the starting stage of this mental disease. Even if it is mild also there are several curing methods are available in the medical field.

I was in Acadia Maine and has the best fish ever. I have not had depression since. I think it might be the permanent effects of mercury.
