Since your skin naturally produces excess oil, then use makeup (especially foundation and blush on) which is oil free and noncomedogenic (not clogging pores).
Oil free makeup products will not clog pores and do not pose a risk of acne or blackheads. In addition to using a facial cleanser product containing salicylic acid, use also a cleanser and toner containing glycolic acid which can also reduce excess oil.
